Whether you’re riding, driving, volunteering, donating, or simply joining us at the benefit, everyone is welcome at Rock the Tutu, Save the Tatas.
Our goal is simple: bring people together, have an amazing day, raise awareness, and make a difference.
Rock the Tutu, Save the Tatas is a charity poker run and benefit supporting the mission of Moto Odyssey Foundation Inc.
It’s a day filled with motorcycles, community, fun, raffles, food, and fundraising, all while bringing attention to an important cause and raising funds to directly help people who need assistance.
You don’t have to ride a motorcycle. You don’t have to wear a tutu. You just have to come ready to have fun and support the cause!
Absolutely not!
If you want to participate in the poker run, you can ride a motorcycle or drive your car to the stops.
Don’t want to do the poker run at all? No problem! Come straight to the benefit. For a $20 ticket per person, you can enjoy the food and festivities, participate in the raffles, and be part of the day.
No motorcycle required. Just come have fun and support the cause!
No, you do not have to wear a tutu, but don’t be upset if you’re the only one who isn’t wearing one!
It may seem like a small gesture, but the tutus are part of what makes this event so special. They bring smiles to people’s faces, start conversations, attract attention, and help us raise awareness for the cause.
So, if you’re willing, rock that tutu proudly!
If a tutu just isn’t your thing, that’s okay too. Come as you are, have fun, and be part of an amazing day.
Moto Odyssey Foundation believes in direct funding with no unnecessary middlemen.
When an approved patient requires financial assistance with a qualifying hospital bill or service, Moto Odyssey Foundation provides that assistance directly to the hospital or medical provider on the patient’s behalf.
We do not simply hand the funds over to another organization to determine where they go. Our goal is to connect the money we raise directly to the services and individuals it is intended to help.
It’s direct assistance with a direct impact.
Rock the Tutu is a pick your own ride poker run!
There is no large, organized group ride traveling from stop to stop. Instead, you get to create the day you want.
Grab your friends and make your own crew, ride with a few people, head out on your own, or even take your car.
You choose your route, your pace, and who you want to enjoy the adventure with.
Visit the participating stops, build your poker hand, and have some fun along the way!
No, you do not have to start at Cycle Gear.
Cycle Gear is available as a starting location for anyone who needs help registering or getting set up for the poker run. It is also where you can receive your first card.
The Cycle Gear card will only be available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. All other official poker run stops will be open from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
If you choose to skip Cycle Gear, you will forfeit that card, but that’s okay! You can pick up additional cards at the other official stops along your route.
Remember, you only need five cards to make a complete poker hand, and every additional stop gives you another opportunity to improve your hand.
At the end of the day, everyone will meet at Smithfield Sportsman Club for the benefit, food, raffles, festivities, and more.
Plan your route, choose your stops, build your best hand, and have fun along the way!
You need five cards to make a complete poker hand, which means you need to visit at least five stops.
Every additional stop gives you another opportunity to improve your hand.
Get a card that helps your hand? Keep it. Get one that doesn’t? Toss it and keep going!
The app does the work for you and keeps track of your best cards. The more stops you visit, the more opportunities you have to improve your hand.
No. Each person participating in the poker run needs their own poker hand and must sign their own waiver.
The rider plays their own hand, and the passenger plays their own hand. This gives each person their own opportunity to play and win.
We still run!
Safety always comes first. Nobody should ever feel pressured to ride a motorcycle in weather they are not comfortable riding in.
If it rains, you can participate in your car instead. If you have already registered, we will send you a message with any updated event day instructions or changes.
Our priority is simple. We want everyone to be safe, have fun, and still be able to enjoy Rock the Tutu, Save the Tatas, rain or shine!
Absolutely!
The poker run is only one part of the day.
You can come directly to the benefit, purchase your $20 ticket per person, enjoy the food and festivities, participate in the raffles, and support the mission.
You don’t need a motorcycle, a poker hand, or even a tutu to join us!
Absolutely!
You can support Moto Odyssey Foundation even if you can’t attend the event.
Every donation helps us continue our mission and provide direct assistance where it is needed.
Not at all!
Rock the Tutu, Save the Tatas is for everyone. Men, women, riders, passengers, drivers, friends, families, and supporters are all welcome.
And yes, guys, you can rock a tutu too!
Absolutely! We couldn’t make this event happen without our volunteers.
We need volunteers throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island to help with registration, dealership and stop locations, merchandise, food, raffles, the benefit, setup, cleanup, and all the little things that make a big event come together.
If you’d like to volunteer, reach out to us, and we’ll help find a spot that’s a good fit for you.
Because the motorcycle community knows how to show up!
Rock the Tutu combines motorcycles, community, a little craziness, and a whole lot of heart.
The tutus get people’s attention. The motorcycles bring people together. The mission gives us a reason to do it.
At the end of the day, it’s about having an incredible time while coming together to help people who need us.
Don’t see your question here? Reach out! We’d rather have you ask than wonder.
Whether you want to ride, drive, volunteer, donate, sponsor, or simply come to the benefit, there’s a place for you at Rock the Tutu, Save the Tatas.
If you do not have a credit card, you can purchase a prepaid Visa or Mastercard and use it to register through the Aces Poker Run app.
When purchasing a prepaid card, look for one with no activation, purchase, or registration fees so the full amount loaded onto the card is available for registration.
Please note: Cash is not accepted at registration. All registrations must be completed through the Aces Poker Run app using an accepted payment card.
No motorcycle? No problem.
No tutu? We’ll forgive you. 😉
